New AfterShokz OpenMove headphones:
I have been a fan of AfterShokz headphones for a while and use them for running and cycling a lot, so was excited to test the new OpenMove headphones, which are their entry level headphones.
After 10 days of using them for various training sessions I have some thoughts:
– super light
– good sound quality but can still hear surroundings
– can now change track from the headphones and pick up calls
– great battery life (have been used for at least one session a day for the last 10 days and haven’t had to charge them yet!)
I have used them both to listen to music and podcasts, and have found the sound quality is good enough for
both of them whilst running. If it is windy when cycling that can make it hard to hear podcasts, but I haven’t found any headphones yet that have let me listen to podcasts clearly when it is very windy!
For anyone looking for headphones you can train with safely and that you don’t notice whilst running / cycling would recommend checking these out
